Key Responsibilities

• Guest Service: Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with guests, taking drink orders, and ensuring satisfaction throughout their visit.
• Drink Preparation: Craft and serve a wide range of beverages, including cocktails, beer, and non-alcoholic drinks, while adhering to standard recipes and presentation guidelines.
• Bar Operations: Maintain a clean and organized bar area, restock supplies, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the front-of-house team to ensure seamless service and a positive dining experience for all guests.

Requirements

• Previous bartending experience in a full-service restaurant or sports bar preferred.
• Strong knowledge of drink recipes and mixing techniques.

• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
