Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a welcoming attitude and provide excellent customer service.

• Deliver food and drinks promptly and check back to ensure guest satisfaction.

• Handle cash and credit card transactions quickly and accurately.

Requirements

• Previous server or bartender experience in a restaurant, bar, or hospitality setting preferred but not required.

• Ability to stand and move for long periods.

• Must be 18+ (21+ preferred for bartending).

Requirements

• Previous line cook, prep cook, or kitchen experience preferred, but we’ll train the right candidate.

• Strong attention to detail and consistency in plating and prep.

• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs.

We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated shift manager to join our team. This role is central to the success of our business, and we are looking for a leader who can efficiently manage our operations and staff during their shift.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate staff activities
• Ensure smooth operations and high-quality customer service
• Manage employee schedules and assign tasks
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
• Train and mentor new employees
• Implement and enforce company policies and procedures
• Assist in hiring and performance evaluations of staff
• Manage cash handling and end-of-shift reconciliations
• Communicate effectively with upper management

Qualifications:

You are experienced in a supervisory role, can lead and motivate a team, are customer-focused, organized, and detail-oriented. You have excellent communication skills, can adapt to flexible hours, and have the ability to handle unexpected situations.
