  • Responsibilities
    Plan and create innovative menus that meet customers' preferences and budget requirements
  • Oversee food preparation, ensuring high quality and presentation standards
  • Manage kitchen staff, including training, scheduling, and supervision
  • Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and sanitation standards
  • Collaborate with management to develop new dishes and specials
  • Monitor food costs and work towards maximizing profitability

Experience

  • Proven experience working as a Chef in a restaurant or catering environment
  • Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, flavor profiles, and menu planning
  • Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Culinary degree or certification is a plus, but not required

Expected hours: 10 – 50 per week
