The Role:
Your mission will be to build an audience across all Golf Ranch social media platforms and bring the brand to life through creative content that captures and keeps people’s attention. This role will need to live and breathe social media and be able to fuse creativity and data analytics to drive performance across all social channels.

Responsibilities: What You’ll Be Driving
• Content Strategy: Work with the Director of Marketing to develop a cohesive social strategy that drives brand awareness and supports the larger marketing goals of Golf Ranch
• Content Planning: Organized approach for distributing content across multiple channels relating to brand campaigns, Golf Ranch stories, UGC, and trending content
• Content Creation: Collaborate with creators and internal teams to produce high-quality, onbrand visuals, videos, and copy
• Analytics & Reporting: Use data to track performance, analyze results, and provide insights to optimize future content and campaigns
• Digital Outreach: Grow our audience through strategic digital outreach, partnerships, and collaborations

Qualifications: What You’ll Bring to the Range
• 3+ Years of Experience: Proven success in social media management, content creation, or a similar role
• Social Savvy: You know Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Twitter and LinkedIn inside and out—and you’re always on top of trends
• Golf Obsessed: Whether you’re watching The Masters or playing at your local muni, you love the game and know the culture
• Creative with a Data Edge: You can craft compelling stories and back them up with data-driven insights
• Leadership: You have experience working with teams and collaborating with creators to execute big ideas

Role Details:
• Full-time, located in Dallas
• $60K - $65K + bonus + employee benefits
