    Who you are 

    The Lifecycle Marketing Manager is the architect of guest and member journeys, tasked with designing campaigns that turn first-time visitors into loyal Ranch Pass members and loyal members into lifelong fans. This person will bring a mix of creativity, data smarts, and operator mentality to craft personalized experiences that drive engagement, retention, and long-term growth. 

    Our ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, test-and-learn environment and is equally comfortable building automation flows as they are pitching a big-picture strategy, confidently collaborating across teams to bring programs to life. Above all, our Lifecycle Marketing Manager will be motivated by impact and excited to see their work translate into stronger connections, repeat visits, and the ultimate success of Golf Ranch as we continue to scale.  

     

    What you'll do 

    Guest & Member Journeys 

    • Build and optimize digital journeys that guide guests from first sign-up to first visit and long-term Ranch Pass membership 

    • Design lifecycle programs that nurture repeat play, strengthen engagement, and encourage referrals and advocacy 

    • Develop scalable playbooks for onboarding, retention, and win-back campaigns that can be applied across Golf Ranch sites 

     

    Campaign Strategy & Execution 

    • Own email, SMS, and automation channels — from strategy through hands-on execution 

    • Create segmentation strategies and personalized campaigns that deliver value, build trust, and drive measurable action 

    • Maintain a seasonal calendar of lifecycle campaigns that aligns with brand priorities, site operations, and membership growth 

     

    Data & Optimization  

    • Define and track KPIs such as redemption %, repeat visits, conversion, and retention 

    • Run A/B tests, analyze results, and apply learnings to continuously improve lifecycle campaigns 

    • Partner with analytics to refine audience segments, surface behavioral triggers, and share actionable insights across teams 

     

    Cross-Functional Collaboration 

    • Work closely with Brand, Ops, Sales, and Site leaders to ensure lifecycle programs support both local and system-wide goals 

    • Incorporate guest feedback and behavioral data to refine lifecycle strategies and improve member experience 

    • Partner with creative teams to deliver compelling content tailored to guest segments and lifecycle stages 

     

    What you’ll need  

    • 3–5 years of hands-on lifecycle or digital marketing experience, ideally in multi-unit retail, hospitality, fitness, or membership-driven businesses 

    • Proven success designing and executing high-converting email and SMS automation campaigns 

    • Expertise with a modern marketing automation platform (HubSpot, Klaviyo, Braze, etc.). 

    • Strong data literacy with experience in segmentation, triggers, and KPI tracking 

    • Balance of strategy and execution — you can map the journey and build it yourself 

    • A customer-first mindset, with experience designing programs that feel personalized and relevant 

     

    Bonus Points 

    • Experience connecting marketing programs to a data warehouse (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift) 

    • Familiarity with SQL or other query languages 

    • Comfort working with customer data platforms (CDPs) or orchestration tools
