    Who you are 

     

    The Sales and Service Specialist is the first impression of Golf Ranch—combining exceptional hospitality, product knowledge, and a natural ability to connect with guests. This person thrives on delivering great service while guiding guests toward experiences that enhance their time on-site, whether that’s learning about Ranch Pass memberships, events, or the perfect way to enjoy a bucket of balls. 

    Our ideal team member is curious, service-minded, and confident in communicating with guests. You’ll be the go-to person for questions, recommendations, and transactions — helping guests feel informed, valued, and excited to return.

     

    What you'll do 

     

    Guest Experience & Service 

     

    • Greet guests warmly, assist with check-in, and make sure everyone feels welcome from the moment they arrive 

    • Provide accurate, friendly information about Golf Ranch offerings, including memberships, events, and promotions 

    • Build genuine connections with guests, fostering a sense of belonging and enthusiasm for the Golf Ranch community 

     

    Sales & Communication 

     

    • Guide guests toward purchases that enhance their visit, from memberships to gift cards and experiences—always focusing on connection over pressure 

    • Accurately handle transactions, payments, and inquiries at the front desk with professionalism and efficiency 

    • Promote ongoing programs and events with enthusiasm and knowledge 

    Operations & Collaboration 

     

    • Support the flow of daily operations, assisting across the range, concession, or retail areas as needed

    • Work closely with teammates and managers to ensure a smooth guest experience and seamless communication across shifts 

    • Contribute ideas to improve sales processes and service delivery 

     

    Events & Promotions 

     

    • Assist in preparing for and supporting special events, leagues, and group outings 

    • Bring energy and attention to detail to make every event feel well-run and memorable 

     

    What you’ll need 

     

    • A warm, approachable personality with strong communication skills 

    • Ability to multitask and maintain professionalism in a fast-paced setting 

    • Comfort learning new systems (POS, booking, or membership platforms) 

    • Schedule flexibility including evenings, weekends, and holidays 

     

    Bonus Points 

     

    • Passion for golf, sports, or community-driven experiences 

    • Experience in point-of-sale, booking, or CRM software 

    • Customer service or retail experience, ideally in hospitality, recreation, or entertainment 

     

    Physical Requirements 

     

    • Ability to walk, stand, and interact with guests for extended periods of time. 

    • Ability to lift, carry, bend, and set up items weighing up to 50 pounds. 

    • Comfort working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment, including outdoors in varying weather conditions.

    Our ideal team member thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes initiative, and works collaboratively to keep the range running smoothly. Whether assisting guests with Toptracer technology, restocking bays, or bringing good vibes to a busy evening crowd, this role is all about connection, service, and energy. 

     

    What you'll do 

     

    Guest Experience & Service 

    • Be the friendly face of Golf Ranch, greeting guests and ensuring they feel welcome from the moment they arrive 

    • Provide outstanding service by answering questions, assisting with setup, and guiding guests through their experience 

    • Create a positive and energetic environment where everyone, from first-timers to regulars, feels part of the Golf Ranch community 

    Tee Line Operations 

    • Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked bays, ensuring each is ready for the next guest 

    • Monitor equipment and range conditions, restocking balls, mats, and tees as needed 

    • Support technology use on the range, assisting guests with Toptracer or other systems as needed 

    Team Collaboration 

    • Communicate clearly and effectively with teammates and managers to ensure smooth operations during every shift 

    • Step in where needed to keep things flowing, demonstrating flexibility and teamwork 

    • Share feedback and ideas to continuously enhance the guest experience 

    Event Support 

    • Assist with setup, operation, and breakdown of on-site events, leagues, and promotions 

    • Represent Golf Ranch with enthusiasm, helping create memorable, well-run experiences for participants 

     

    What you’ll need 

     

    • A friendly, outgoing personality and strong communication skills

    As the Membership Operations Manager, you’re a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment. You’re energized by coaching a team, creating a culture of accountability, and driving membership growth through daily execution. 

    This isn’t a strategy-only sales role  it’s a boots-on-the-ground position where you lead from the front, set the tone for guest service, and deliver real-time impact on membership outcomes. 

     

    What you’ll do 

     

    Team Leadership & Development 

    • Model the energy, professionalism, and focus you expect from your team 

    • Act as the go-to leader when things get busy  solve problems quickly and effectively 

    • Set the tone for team culture, pace, and consistency through Golf Ranch’s core values 

    • Provide hands-on coaching every shift -- training, redirecting, and recognizing in the moment 

    • Own the new hire training process: onboarding, shadow shifts, and expectation-setting 

    • Give direct, timely feedback and build a culture where coaching is ongoing, not occasional 

     

    Membership Growth & Retention 

     

    • Empower your team to confidently pitch Ranch Pass memberships with clarity and enthusiasm 

    • Ensure every guest is offered the opportunity to join  no missed conversations, no missed leads 

    • Oversee all aspects of Ranch Pass, including coaching, communication, retention, and satisfaction 

    • Use performance data to identify opportunities, celebrate top performers, and refine execution 

    • Hold the team accountable to sales process execution, converting guest interactions into lasting value 

     

    Guest Experience & Service 

     

    • Ensure every detail is executed with precision  from guest profiles to payments, upgrades, and cancellations 

    • Maintain SOPs and daily checklists to keep standards tight and consistent 

    • Resolve issues quickly to prevent disruptions and protect the guest experience 

    • Maintain a clean, welcoming, and high-functioning environment that reflects brand standards 

     

    Operations & Site Excellence 

     

    • Oversee sales counter operations, ensuring accuracy in payments, upgrades, and membership transactions 

    • Train team members on Golf Ranch systems, checklists, and SOPs, and hold them accountable 

    • Troubleshoot challenges in real time, from tech issues to high-traffic guest rushes, ensuring smooth operations at all times 

     

    What you’ll need 

     

    • 1–2 years of leadership or management experience 

    • Food Handler’s Permit and TABC Certification 

    • Strong communication skills with the ability to connect authentically with both guests and team members 

    • Proven ability to coach others, drive performance, and hold a team accountable 

    • Comfortable with sales and hospitality operations 

    • Ability to stay calm under pressure and solve problems quickly 

    • Tech confidence with POS systems, dashboards, and guest profiles 

    • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and peak traffic periods 

     

    Bonus Points 

     

    • Experience in golf, food & beverage, or entertainment industries 

    • Familiarity with sales coaching and membership-based models 

    • Knowledge of local markets and guest demographics
