Position Overview:

As a Sales and Service Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for guests, providing them with information about the Golf Ranch and helping them make informed decisions to enhance their experience. From answering questions and promoting our offerings to creating a sense of belonging and facilitating sales transactions, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring that every guest leaves with a smile.

Responsibilities:

1. Front Desk Dynamo: Work the front desk counter with a smile, greeting guests warmly and efficiently handling inquiries and transactions.
2. Information Ambassador: Provide guests with comprehensive information about the Golf Ranch and its offerings, including facilities, services, promotions, and events.

Requirements:

1.      Must be 18+ years of age.

2.      Must have or be able to obtain a Texas Food Handler’s and TABC (Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission) Certification

3.      Must have availability to work nights and weekends.

4.      Must be able to stand and remain on your feet for extended periods of time during shifts.

5.      Must be able to lift and carry items weighing 50 pounds or more.

2. Range Picking - Operate the range picker to collect golf balls from the outfield, ensuring that the range is stocked and ready for the next wave of eager golfers.
3. Ball Washing - Wash and sort golf balls with precision and efficiency, ensuring that each ball is clean and ready to be used for another round of swings.
4. Cleanliness Crusader - Maintain facility cleanliness and organization, including cleaning and sanitizing common areas, restrooms, and equipment to provide a safe and inviting environment for our guests.
