Restaurant Manager

This is a confidential search for a Restaurant Manager on behalf of a celebrated, chef-driven Latin restaurant family with more than 20 locations across the country. This iconic group is known for delivering vibrant, authentic dining experiences rooted in Latin culinary tradition. The Restaurant Manager will serve as the on-floor leader responsible for day-to-day operations, team performance, and delivering exceptional guest experiences consistent with the brand's standards. This individual will partner closely with culinary and executive leadership to uphold service excellence across all touchpoints.

•     Minimum 3 years of progressive Food & Beverage management experience

•     Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and motivate front-of-house teams

•     Strong operational acumen with a guest-first leadership approach

•     Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred

•     Must successfully pass a 10-year FBI background check

•     Ability to work 50–55 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
