We’re looking for a highly skilled and passionate  Head Chef to lead our kitchen team, drive culinary excellence, and take our menu to the next level. Position Overview:

As the Head Chef, you’ll be responsible for overseeing all kitchen operations, from menu creation to staff management, food quality, and cost control. You will lead by example, inspiring your team to deliver top-tier cuisine and maintain the highest culinary standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Kitchen Leadership: Oversee daily kitchen operations and lead a team of chefs, cooks, and kitchen staff.

Menu Development: Create, refine, and execute a dynamic menu that reflects the restaurant’s vision.

Food Quality & Consistency: Ensure every dish meets high standards for taste, presentation, and consistency.

Staff Training & Development: Recruit, train, and mentor kitchen staff to foster a culture of excellence and teamwork.

Inventory & Cost Management: Monitor food costs, portion control, and minimize waste while maintaining profitability.

Health & Safety Compliance: Maintain all food safety and sanitation standards (ServSafe or equivalent preferred).

Collaboration with Management: Work with the restaurant’s ownership and front-of-house team to align kitchen operations with overall business goals.

Expedite & Problem-Solving: Oversee food prep during service, ensure smooth kitchen flow, and resolve any issues efficiently.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience: Minimum 3+ years as a Head Chef, Executive Chef, or high-level Sous Chef in a high-volume kitchen.

Culinary Expertise: Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, food trends, and kitchen operations.

Leadership & Team Management: Ability to motivate, train, and manage a team in a fast-paced environment.

Creativity & Passion for Food: Excited to develop innovative, seasonal, and guest-focused menus.

Financial Acumen: Experience with budgeting, cost control, and ordering.

Time Management & Organization: Ability to oversee multiple tasks while maintaining efficiency and quality.

Strong Communication Skills: Ability to work well with staff, management, and suppliers.
