We are seeking an experienced Head Chef to oversee culinary operations across three distinct food and beverage concepts. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and shape our culinary vision in one of the most vibrant dining and entertainment markets in the country.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide executive culinary leadership and daily oversight across three kitchen concepts.
    • Develop and evolve unique menus for each concept, ensuring they reflect their distinct identities while aligning with the venue's energy.
    • Hire, train, and mentor kitchen leadership teams across all operations.
    • Manage food cost, labor, purchasing, and vendor relationships to achieve strong financial performance.
    • Collaborate with operations and venue leadership on pre-opening buildout, systems, and standards.
    • Maintain high-quality consistency during peak volume times, including major event nights and full-venue activations.

    Requirements

    • 5+ years of experience as an Executive Chef leading multi-outlet, hotel, or high-volume kitchen operations.
    • Proven experience in entertainment venues, large-scale hospitality, or event-driven environments is strongly preferred.
    • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage diverse culinary teams across multiple locations.
    • Financial acumen with a solid understanding of P&L, cost control, and margin protection without compromising quality.
    • Creative and adaptable, able to craft and execute distinct culinary concepts consistently at scale.
    • Passionate about creating extraordinary guest experiences in a high-energy environment.

    Schedule

This is a unique opportunity for a financial executive to take a hands-on leadership role, partnering directly with ownership and operations leadership. You will play a crucial role in shaping the financial infrastructure necessary for our ambitious expansion plans.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Oversee accounting and financial operations across multiple restaurant locations.
    • Prepare and analyze weekly/monthly financial statements and restaurant P&Ls.
    • Build cash and balance sheet forecasting models to support growth planning.
    • Prepare financial models and reporting for board presentations.
    • Monitor food, beverage, and labor costs, driving prime cost management.
    • Develop budgets, forecasts, and financial models.
    • Manage cash flow, banking relationships, and financial controls.
    • Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger functions.
    • Manage payroll processing and quarterly payroll tax compliance.
    • Coordinate year-end reporting and audits with external CPA firms.
    • Apply franchise finance and accounting principles as the brand expands.
    • Support new restaurant openings and multi-state growth initiatives.
    • This is a Hybrid role in West Plam beach office 2-3 days week

    Requirements

    • CPA designation preferred; Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
    • 5+ years as a Controller or senior accounting leader in restaurants.
    • Multi-unit restaurant experience; fast casual background strongly preferred.
    • Experience with a rapidly growing, multi-state restaurant company.
    • Strong understanding of restaurant P&Ls, prime cost, and inventory controls.
    • Experience building cash/balance sheet forecasting models and board reporting.
    • Familiarity with franchise finance and accounting principles.
    • Toast POS / Toast Payroll experience strongly preferred.
    • Advanced Excel skills; QuickBooks or similar ERP/accounting software experience.
    • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

    Schedule

    Full-time position with competitive compensation plus bonus.-

    ROLE OVERVIEW

    The Restaurant Manager will serve as the on-floor leader responsible for day-to-day operations, team performance, and delivering exceptional guest experiences consistent with the brand's standards. This individual will partner closely with culinary and executive leadership to uphold service excellence across all touchpoints.

     

    QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

    •     Minimum 3 years of progressive Food & Beverage management experience

    •     Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and motivate front-of-house teams

    •     Strong operational acumen with a guest-first leadership approach

    •     Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred

    •     Must successfully pass a 10-year FBI background check

    •     Ability to work 50–55 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
