As we prepare for growth this season, we are looking for a talented culinary professional with exceptional grilling and broiler experience to enhance our kitchen team.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Executive Chef in managing kitchen operations and maintaining high standards of food quality.
• Prepare and cook menu items, specializing in grilling and broiling techniques for steaks and seafood.
• Ensure proper food handling and sanitation practices are followed at all times.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to create an efficient and positive work environment.
• Assist in menu planning and development, contributing innovative ideas to enhance our offerings.
• Train and mentor junior kitchen staff, fostering skill development and teamwork.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Sous Chef or relevant culinary role in a high-end steakhouse or seafood restaurant.
• Strong grilling and broiling skills with a passion for creating exceptional dishes.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage and motivate the kitchen team.
• Availability to work 5 days a week, including evenings and weekends.

Schedule

Full-time position, working 5 days a week with flexible hours to meet the needs of the restaurant.
