Director of Culinary - Full Time
  Hospitality @ Entertianment group, is seeking a hands-on Director of Culinary to lead our diverse kitchen operations. This dynamic role offers the opportunity to manage multiple venues, including casual dining, upscale restaurants, full-service bars, and event spaces. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily culinary operations across 5+ venues, ensuring high-quality food and service standards.
• Manage and mentor large back-of-house (BOH) teams to foster a collaborative and efficient work environment.
• Control food and labor costs while maintaining budgetary guidelines.
• Execute high-volume events and daily dining operations seamlessly.
• Develop innovative menus that reflect current culinary trends and customer preferences.
• Implement and uphold food safety and sanitation standards across all locations.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior Executive Chef or Director of Culinary in a multi-venue environment.
• Strong background in managing food and beverage programs within hotels, resorts, or large multi-concept settings.
• Demonstrated success in leading large culinary teams and executing high-volume service.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Must be based in the Philadelphia area; relocation will not be considered.

Schedule

This is a full-time position requiring flexible availability to meet the needs of a multi-venue operation.
