Key Responsibilities
- Lead all culinary operations across the event/catering venue and casual restaurant.
- Design and execute seasonal, market-driven menus for high-end events and everyday dining.
- Oversee tastings, client menu consultations, and event-day execution with flawless consistency.
- Build, lead, and mentor a motivated kitchen team across both concepts.
- Manage food cost, labor, vendor relationships, and purchasing to hit financial targets.
- Uphold the highest standards of food safety, presentation, and guest satisfaction.
- Partner with the General Manager and Events team to drive revenue growth.
Requirements
- 8+ years of progressive culinary leadership, with a strong emphasis on upscale event and catering operations.
- Experience in luxury hotel or resort brands such as Four Seasons, Ritz-Carlton, or comparable fine dining environments.
- Familiarity with high-volume catering operations or premier event venues in the Greater Philadelphia market is a plus.
- Proven ability to manage multi-outlet or dual-concept kitchens.
- Strong skills in menu development, food costing, and P&L management.
- Culinary degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
- SERV Safe Manager Certification required.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
