General Manager - Full Time

We are searching for an experienced General Manager for an exciting  opportunity at an independently owned upscale restaurant specializing in elevated cuisine located in the Philadelphia suburbs. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all daily operations, both front and back of house, ensuring a consistently elevated guest experience.
• Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing management and hourly team.
• Own full P&L accountability, including labor, food cost, and controllable expenses.
• Collaborate with ownership and the culinary team on menu integrity, beverage programming, and service standards.
• Lead all team members to grow this business 
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and licensing requirements.

Requirements

• Currently a General Manager at an upscale, full-service restaurant with $3-5M+ in annual revenue —  requirement.
• Must be comfortable working outside the city and have reliable transportation to the suburban Philadelphia area.
• Proven P&L management experience with strong financial and operational acumen.
• Demonstrated ability to build and lead teams in a fine-casual or fine-dining environment.
• Passion for high-end seafood cuisine and a strong hospitality culture; prior experience in an independent concept is a plus.
• Strong communicator with the ability to lead diverse teams and create memorable guest experiences.
