This is a working partnership role requiring full commitment, leadership skills, and entrepreneurial spirit. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all daily restaurant operations across multiple service periods (breakfast, lunch, dinner, late-night)
• Lead pre-opening activities including staff hiring, training, menu development, and establishment of operational procedures
• Manage fresh bakery operations ensuring quality and consistency of baked goods
• Develop and maintain food and beverage costs, inventory systems, and financial controls
• Create and implement marketing strategies to establish the restaurant in the local market
• Build and maintain a high-performing team through effective hiring, training, and leadership
• Ensure exceptional guest experiences through hands-on floor management and quality control
• Manage vendor relationships and purchasing to maintain quality standards
• Monitor financial performance and implement strategies to maximize profitability

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of restaurant management experience, preferably in full-service diner, 3 meal period  establishments
• Prior experience with restaurant openings strongly preferred
• Background in multiple meal periods (breakfast, lunch, dinner) operations
• Experience with bakery operations a significant plus
• Strong leadership skills with proven ability to build and maintain effective teams
• Excellent financial acumen and business management capabilities
• Food safety certification and alcohol service compliance knowledge
• Strong understanding of local food trends and dining preferences
• Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to be fully invested in the business
