 Regional Culinary Director — Greater New York City

FTK Hospitality is conducting a confidential search on behalf of one of our most exciting growth-stage clients — a high-profile  inspired brand with a loyal following, a stunning aesthetic, and serious momentum across the North East , SE markets. 

This is a rare opportunity to step into a senior BOH leadership role at a brand that does it all — full-service dining, a standout brunch program, artisan bakery, and a thriving to-go business. If you've led kitchens where the pastry case matters as much as the dinner menu, keep reading. What You'll Own:
• Multi-unit BOH oversight across NY, NJ & CT
• Culinary standards, menu execution & seasonal rollouts
• Food cost, labor, COGS & P&L accountability
• Team development — hiring, coaching & succession
• Vendor relationships & supply chain strategy

What We're Looking For:
• 5+ years progressive culinary leadership
• 3+ years in a multi-unit or regional role
• Proven experience in a hybrid full-service model — dine-in, brunch, bakery & to-go
• Strong financial acumen (you read a P&L, you don't just cook to one)
• Bilingual English/Spanish a significant plus
• Based in or willing to commute throughout the greater NYC metro
