General Manager – Fast Casual Premium Brand (NYC / NJ Area)
About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced and people-focused General Manager to lead one of our fast-growing, premium fast casual locations in the NYC/NJ area. This is your opportunity to join an innovative, chef-inspired brand that’s redefining quality and hospitality in the fast casual space.
As the General Manager, you’ll take ownership of daily operations, team leadership, and financial performance — all while creating an environment that inspires both staff and guests.
What You’ll Do

Oversee all restaurant operations, ensuring consistency in food quality, service, and cleanliness.

Manage labor, COGS, and overall P&L performance to meet and exceed financial targets.

Lead, train, and develop a high-performing team that delivers an exceptional guest experience.

Foster a culture of servant leadership — empowering your team through trust, accountability, and support.

Maintain full compliance with health, safety, and brand standards.

Collaborate with district leadership to drive local marketing, growth, and guest engagement initiatives.
What We’re Looking For

3+ years of experience as a General Manager in a fast casual or premium restaurant brand.

Stable career history — no more than two jobs in the past five years.

Strong understanding of restaurant financials including cost of goods, labor management, and profitability.

Proven ability to lead by example and develop others through coaching and motivation.

Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
