General Manager – Fast Casual Premium Brand (NYC / NJ Area)

About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced and people-focused General Manager to lead one of our fast-growing, premium fast casual locations in the NYC/NJ area. This is your opportunity to join an innovative, chef-inspired brand that’s redefining quality and hospitality in the fast casual space.

As the General Manager, you’ll take ownership of daily operations, team leadership, and financial performance — all while creating an environment that inspires both staff and guests.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee all restaurant operations, ensuring consistency in food quality, service, and cleanliness.

• Manage labor, COGS, and overall P&L performance to meet and exceed financial targets.

• Lead, train, and develop a high-performing team that delivers an exceptional guest experience.

• Foster a culture of servant leadership — empowering your team through trust, accountability, and support.

• Maintain full compliance with health, safety, and brand standards.

• Collaborate with district leadership to drive local marketing, growth, and guest engagement initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience as a General Manager in a fast casual or premium restaurant brand.

• Stable career history — no more than two jobs in the past five years.

• Strong understanding of restaurant financials including cost of goods, labor management, and profitability.

• Proven ability to lead by example and develop others through coaching and motivation.

• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

• Passion for hospitality, great food, and creating a workplace people love to be part of.
