Key Responsibilities

• Venue Operations: Manage all aspects of venue operations including P&L and budgeting.
• Team Leadership: Lead and develop a large team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Guest Experience: Ensure top-notch service and a memorable experience for all guests.
• Bar Operations: Drive revenue through effective management and promotion of bar services.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a General Manager in high-volume restaurant bars or late-night entertainment venues.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent understanding of P&L and financial management.
• Ability to create a vibrant guest experience through innovative programming.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Schedule

This is a full-time position with flexible scheduling, including nights and weekends as required by the business.
