We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Restaurant  Manager , to be part of  the opening and daily operations of a brand-new latin inspired restaurant  in Allentown, PA. What You’ll Do

• Lead from Day One – Oversee the FOH team underneath the GM of daily operations across multiple service periods (lunch, dinner, and late-night), ensuring smooth execution and exceptional guest experiences.

• Build from the Ground Up – Drive all pre-opening activities including hiring, training, menu development, vendor partnerships, and operational systems.

• Set the Standard – Develop and implement financial controls, inventory systems, and cost management strategies that ensure profitability and long-term sustainability.

• Elevate the Experience – Deliver outstanding service and hospitality through hands-on floor management, consistent quality control, and guest-focused leadership.

• Grow the Brand – Create and execute marketing initiatives that establish the restaurant as a premier destination in the Allentown dining scene.

• Lead & Inspire – Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and excellence.
