We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Restaurant Manager , to be part of the opening and daily operations of a brand-new latin inspired restaurant in Allentown, PA. This is not just another management role—it’s a working partnership opportunity for a leader with an entrepreneurial spirit, proven hospitality experience, and the drive to build a successful operation from the ground up.
What You’ll Do

Lead from Day One – Oversee the FOH team underneath the GM of daily operations across multiple service periods (lunch, dinner, and late-night), ensuring smooth execution and exceptional guest experiences.

Build from the Ground Up – Drive all pre-opening activities including hiring, training, menu development, vendor partnerships, and operational systems.

Set the Standard – Develop and implement financial controls, inventory systems, and cost management strategies that ensure profitability and long-term sustainability.

Elevate the Experience – Deliver outstanding service and hospitality through hands-on floor management, consistent quality control, and guest-focused leadership.

Grow the Brand – Create and execute marketing initiatives that establish the restaurant as a premier destination in the Allentown dining scene.
