• Greet and seat guests promptly with a warm and friendly demeanor
• Provide detailed descriptions of menu items and make recommendations on food and drink
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system efficiently
• Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring accuracy and quality
• Monitor and observe guests' dining experiences to ensure satisfaction and address any issues
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including resetting tables quickly and efficiently
• Handle payments and process transactions accurately
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow
• Stay knowledgeable about tequila, menu changes, daily specials and happy hour promotions
• Uphold high standards of personal hygiene, appearance and professional conduct at all times

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a server in a busy, full-service restaurant
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a high-pressure environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to providing exceptional customer service
