Station No. 3 in  Benton Park is hiring a full-time line cook. Our Kitchen is fast and busy. We are looking for someone that excels in this type of environment.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and stock stations
• Prepare and cook menu items
• Prep food
• Close the kitchen to company specifications
• Maintain backup inventory
• Ensure timely, high-quality food output
• Comply with safety and sanitation standards
• Maintain a positive, professional approach with coworkers and guests
• Keep a clean workstation; we are an open kitchen!

Skills:

• Proven experience as a line cook
• Understanding of cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures
• Accuracy and speed in executing tasks
• Vegan knowledge is a plus but not required
