We’re looking for a full-time Lead Server who can run a section and run the floor at the same time. This is a working leadership position. You will carry your own tables while setting the tone, pace, and standards for the entire shift.

This role is for someone who naturally moves with urgency, holds others accountable, and takes ownership without being asked.

Core Responsibilities

Floor Leadership
• Run pre-shift meetings 
• Control table rotation and pacing during service
• Call for hands and keep service moving
• Step in immediately when service slows or standards drop

Accountability
• Ensure side work is completed correctly and on time
• Check out each server before they leave
• Verify sections are clean, stocked, and reset properly
• Address performance issues in the moment, professionally

Operations
• Assist with scheduling as role develops
• Help train new servers
• Communicate inventory or service issues before they become problems
• Support opening and closing procedures

Guest Experience
• Handle guest concerns confidently and calmly
• Maintain high service standards across the floor
• Lead by example at all times

Growth Structure

This is a phased leadership role. Responsibility and hourly rate increase based on demonstrated performance and consistency. Advancement is earned through ownership, accountability, and leadership presence.
