Job Title: FOH Operations Manager
Location: Multiple Locations (University City, Benton Park, Kirkwood)
Job Overview: The FOH Operations Manager ensures smooth front-of-house operations by working closely with shift managers, providing guidance, maintaining service standards, and assisting with staffing, training, and problem-solving. This role requires strong leadership, communication and organizational skills to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
Responsibilities:
· Oversee and support FOH shift managers across all locations
· Ensure consistent guest service and operational standards
· Assist with hiring, onboarding and training FOH staff
· Develop training materials for FOH staff
· Monitor and improve service flow, handling guest issues when necessary
· Ensure shift managers are following procedures, maintaining efficiency and meeting expectations
· Step in during peak times to support service as needed, where needed
· Collaborate with Sous Chef to ensure seamless coordination between FOH and BOH operations
· On site, work with the BOH team to maintain smooth kitchen-to-service coordination
· Create weekly staff shedules
· Print menus and other necessary materials for restaurant operations
· Work nights, weekends and holidays as required
