Description
Station No. 3 Kirkwood is opening October 2024 and we are looking for a strong kitchen team!
Responsibilities:
- Set up and stock stations
- Prepare and cook menu items
- Complete tasks directed by Kitchen Manager
- Close the kitchen to company specifications
- Maintain backup inventory
- Ensure timely, high-quality food output
- Comply with safety and sanitation standards
- Maintain a positive, professional approach with coworkers and guests
- Keep a clean workstation; we are an open kitchen!
- Help where needed
Skills:
- Proven experience as a line cook or prep cook
- Understanding of cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
- Accuracy and speed in executing tasks
- Vegan knowledge is a plus but not required
