We’re looking for a reliable and hands-on Shift Manager to keep things running smoothly and ensure every guest leaves happy. In this role, you’ll lead a team of 4–6 employees per shift, making sure operations are efficient, staff are supported, and customers get the best experience possible.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and motivate a team of 4–6 employees during each shift

• Oversee daily operations including food quality, service standards, and cleanliness

• Support staff with training, task assignments, and problem-solving as needed

• Ensure excellent customer service by handling interactions and resolving issues quickly

• Monitor shift flow to keep things on track and running efficiently

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred (restaurant/retail a plus)

• Strong communication and people skills

• Ability to stay organized and calm under pressure

• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
