• Assisting service needs as they arise
• General restaurant maintenance and upkeep

Cleaning and stocking of all food and drink service ware, general maintenance of dish area and kitchen.

Responsibilites include:

• Deliver food orders from the kitchen to customers' tables rapidly and accurately.
• Act as the point of contact between Front of the House and Back of the House staff.
• Communicating food orders to chefs, paying attention to priorities (e.g. food allergies)

Responsibilities include:

• Customer interaction
• Daily store organizing
• Handling payments and receipts in store

Responsibilites include:

• Food preparation and assistance to Chef and Sous Chef
• Responsibility for maintenance and food safety of assigned station.

Entry level kitchen position, assisting kitchen staff in general food preparation and food safety.

Watching the beach area for outside food and beverage. Keeping the Beach Clean. General bar and floor maintenance.

Responsibilities include:

• Customer interaction
• Taking orders and closing checks
• Food and drink service
• General table and restaurant maintenance
• Restaurant opening and closing duties

Assisting customers into slips and tying them up. Assisting customers with gas sales.

Patrolling our campground insuring guests are following our specific set of rules
