Key Responsibilities
- Ensure high standards of guest service are met or exceeded during all job functions.
- Assist guests with bowling information and supplies.
- Actively promote special offers as directed by management.
- Clean and maintain bowling lanes, seating areas, and common areas as scheduled.
- Maintain a safe work environment at all times.
- Demonstrate outstanding teamwork with counter attendants and lane servers.
- Buss food and beverage items as needed from bowling areas.
- Notify appropriate individuals promptly of any problems or unusual matters of significance.
- Comply with company standards, policies, and rules.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability for part-time and full-time shifts.
Schedule
Part-time and full-time availability required.
