Key Responsibilities

• Ensure high standards of guest service are met or exceeded during all job functions.
• Assist guests with bowling information and supplies.
• Actively promote special offers as directed by management.
• Clean and maintain bowling lanes, seating areas, and common areas as scheduled.
• Maintain a safe work environment at all times.
• Demonstrate outstanding teamwork with counter attendants and lane servers.
• Buss food and beverage items as needed from bowling areas.
• Notify appropriate individuals promptly of any problems or unusual matters of significance.
• Comply with company standards, policies, and rules.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability for part-time and full-time shifts.

Part-time and full-time availability required.
