Our Clayton location is growing, and we’re looking for motivated Line Cooks to join our back-of-house team and deliver high-quality food that keeps guests coming back.

What You’ll Do

As a Line Cook, you’ll play a critical role in preparing and executing menu items with consistency and efficiency. Responsibilities include:

• Preparing and cooking menu items to recipe and quality standards

• Operating grills, fryers, ovens, and other kitchen equipment safely and effectively

• Maintaining clean, stocked, and organized stations during service

• Assisting with prep work, restocking, and closing duties

• Following food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times

• Working with the Kitchen Manager and BOH team to ensure timely ticket execution

• Supporting menu changes, specials, and seasonal features as needed

Who You Are

• Previous experience as a Line Cook or Prep Cook preferred (but we’ll train the right candidate)

• Passionate about food quality and presentation

• Dependable and able to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment

• Team player with strong communication skills

• Physically able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs

• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
