Description
Salary Full time position. We are seeking a knowledgeable, friendly and energetic Manager to join our team!
Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
- Training front of house staff
- Preparing drink specials and menus
- Maintaining alcohol and non-alcoholic drink inventory
- Purchasing/ordering alcohol and non-alcoholic supplies
- Ensuring pleasant customer experience when you are the manager on duty
- Maintaining health and safety standards
- Ensuring the front of house is properly cleaned and sanitized by creating and
maintaining a proper cleaning schedule - Opening or Closing the Restaurant and balancing cash drawers
- Responsible for planning specials events and promotions
- Responsible for scheduling bands/entertainment
- Responsible for social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) and posting
daily, including ads for staff as needed on other forms - Creating the employee schedule
- Assisting other management with training, inventory,
scheduling and interviews - Assisting with menu costing
- Ensuring pleasant customer experience at all times, scheduling training as needed
for proper customer service - Maintaining health and safety standards, including Hep A records
- Performing annual management and employee reviews
- Coordinating and attending bi-weekly management meetings
- Scheduling maintenance and repair issues
- Responsible for overseeing and maintaining productive and safe work environment
- Overseeing online ordering systems
- Overseeing communication between ownership and management
- Inventory management and ordering
- Reviewing financials and forecasting
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in food and beverage service or other related fields
- Strong leadership qualities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Banquet and Catering Experience
