Salary Full time position. We are seeking a knowledgeable, friendly and energetic Manager to join our team!
Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
- Training front of house staff
- Preparing drink specials and menus
- Maintaining alcohol and non-alcoholic drink inventory
- Purchasing/ordering alcohol and non-alcoholic supplies
- Ensuring pleasant customer experience when you are the manager on duty
- Maintaining health and safety standards
- Ensuring the front of house is properly cleaned and sanitized by creating and
maintaining a proper cleaning schedule - Opening or Closing the Restaurant and balancing cash drawers
