This position is scheduled Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays. Applicants must be comfortable interacting with guests. 

Responsibilites include:

• Cleaning and stocking of all food and drink service ware
• General maintenance of dish area and kitchen
• Performing a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting and polishing
• Bussing and pre-bussing tables
