    Applicants must have prior professional baking experience. Applicants must be punctual and okay with baker's 5:30am start time.

    (Expected wage + tips is between $16-$20/hour.)

    Weekend availability is required for all Team Members

    Responsibilities include:

    • Preparing daily baked goods, and staying on track with prep throughout the week. 
    • Check products for quality and identify damaged or expired goods
    • Evaluate quality of food ingredients or prepared foods
    • Have creative control of bakery items

    Qualities we’re looking for: 

    • To be very organized, keeping cleanliness as top priority
    • Time-Management skills (punctuality and prioritization)
    • Detail-Oriented / Visually Inspired (understanding the importance of how things are presented)
    • Being able to work under pressure in a face-paced environment

    • ServSafe Certified (or willing to work towards it)

    Job Description

    Full-Time Team Members will go through a comprehensive cross-training of all departments within the operation of the café. This position is for applicants available 36+ hours per week. (Expected wage + tips is between $16-$20/hour.)

    Weekend availability is required for all Team Members

    Responsibilities include:

    • Keep workspace, tools, equipment, and dining areas clean and sanitized.
    • Taking customer's orders 
    • Running food and drink orders
    • Bussing and pre-bussing tables
    • Daily and weekly prep tasks for all departments
    • Daily and weekly cleaning tasks
    • Evaluating quality of ingredients and prepared food/beverages
    • Cleaning and stocking of all food and drink service ware
    • General maintenance of dish area and kitchen
    • Performing a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting and polishing
    • Opening and closing all café departments
    • Working the line (assembling orders)
    • After completion of Barista Training Program, Full-Time team members will prepare and serve hot and cold beverages including coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and cocktails.

    Weekend Runner – Seasonal (April–October)

Our Runners are the vital bridge between the bar, kitchen, and our guests—ensuring every dish and drink arrives fresh and beautifully presented.     This is a weekend-only, seasonal position running from April through October. Outstanding team members may be considered for ongoing employment based on performance and business needs.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Deliver food and beverages to guests quickly and accurately
    • Communicate with kitchen and bar staff to coordinate orders
    • Ensure all items meet presentation and quality standards
    • Support bussers and hosts with clearing and resetting tables
