At the heart of EXO Lounge is an artful cocktail program steeped in wellness themes. We serve vibrant mocktails, elevated spirits, and curated wellness-minded beverages in a setting that blends luxury, relaxation, and social energy. 

Position Overview

We are looking for a creative Bartender to join our bar experience. You’ll be designing and serving beverages that align with EXO’s brand — balancing hospitality, flavor, and wellness-minded service. You’ll also support events and keep the bar environment in sync with the ambiance of the lounge.

Key Responsibilities

• Mix and serve cocktails, spirits, and wellness beverages with consistent presentation and quality

• Suggest pairing ideas for cocktails and lounge menu items

• Maintain bar stock — glassware, garnishes, liquors, mixers, etc.

• Keep bar area clean, organized, and fully functional during service

• Assist in development of seasonal or wellness-inspired drink menu contributions

• Provide prompt, engaging interaction with guests while maintaining efficiency

• Contribute to event service, private parties, or lounge activations

• Monitor compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations

• Serve as a brand ambassador both in and outside of the workplace, consistently representing and promoting the company’s values, culture, and offerings.

Qualifications & Skills

• Prior bartending or mixology experience, ideally in upscale or hospitality-driven environments

• Strong knowledge of cocktails, beverage trends, and flavor development

• Ability to work efficiently, multitask, and maintain composure during busy service

• Excellent interpersonal skills and guest engagement ability

• Flexible schedule availability — evenings, weekends, and special events

• Professional presentation and alignment with EXO’s aesthetic
