Position Overview

We’re seeking a Wellness Nurse Practitioner who is passionate about health, aesthetics, and client care. The ideal candidate is highly skilled, personable, organized, and motivated, with experience in wellness treatments and confidence in both clinical care and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform good faith history and physical (H&P) exams

• Manage patients in medical weight loss and hormone replacement therapy programs

• Conduct client consultations and wellness checks

• Maintain accurate records, including medical histories and EMR charting

• Develop personalized wellness care plans with each client

• Support sales of products and services with confidence and professionalism

• Handle scheduling, follow-up calls, and client communications

• Ensure safety and compliance during all treatments

• Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service

• Participate in company training, meetings, and continuing education

• Contribute to the overall growth of EXO and uphold brand professionalism

Qualifications

• Licensed Nurse Practitioner in the State of Illinois (applicants not licensed in Illinois will not be considered)

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner in wellness (preferred)

• 2+ years of experience with lasers and injectables strongly preferred

• Background in wellness medicine is required (weight management, HRT, IV therapy, etc.)

• Skills and certifications that may apply: Primary Care, Physical Examinations, IV Insertion, Advanced Practice Provider, DEA License, APRN, Certified Nurse Practitioner, FNP-C, FNP-BC
