Key Responsibilities

• Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP.
• Budget Management: Assist in the preparation and monitoring of annual budgets, providing insights and recommendations.
• Audit Support: Coordinate and support internal and external audits, ensuring all documentation is readily available.
• Tax Compliance: Prepare and file tax returns and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support operational decision-making.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline accounting processes and improve efficiency within the team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in a senior role.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
