Sous Chef
Hiring - Sous Chef will be under the direct supervision of the Chef Owner and Senior Managment.
- The Sous Chef will assist in the development and implementation of the rotating menu.
- This position will be full time, requiring a scheduled minimum of 40 hours per week but will not exceed 45 hours per week without prior discussion.
- This position will require a combination of day and night shifts which will involve opening and locking up the restaurant.
- Sous Chef must have an overarching knowledge of all menu items, prep tasks and a clear understanding for each of the responsibilities of every station on the line.
- The Sous Chef will have direct accountability for all culinary and staffing issues that arise on their assigned shift and will report to Senior Management regarding those issues.
- Sous Chef will in turn be responsible for holding all staff under their direct supervision accountable for any and all issues.

Assistant FOH Manager
Hiring - Manages Store Operations as assigned by the FOH Manager.
- Assumes all operational control in the absence of the FOH Manager.
- Assists in training of all Store associates and ensures expectations for each position are met.
- Executes basic Store opening / closing procedures and daily / weekly reports.
- Performs various administrative functions which may include scheduling.
- Coaches associates using established processes and tools including checklists, and bi-annual evaluations.
- Makes adjustments to staffing based on the demands of the business.
- Monitors and manages product quality on Front of House and Back of House using established processes and tools.
- Monitors production and sales efficiencies including wait times, yields and product quality.
- Ensures proper sanitation procedures are followed including hand wash, hair restraint, cook shirts, gloves, masking in accordance with CDC guidelines and aprons.
- Ensures proper use and maintenance of equipment.
- Monitors stocking and cleaning duties.
- Ensures FIFO rotation of all products in FOH including unprocessed and processed products.
- Handles complaints with a goal of guest satisfaction according to Company policy.
- Participates in the execution of catering and event sales.
- Is able to effectively work and train all FOH positions.
- Completes Daily Menu Updates to reflect specials, out of stocks, dessert and beer changes and ensures staff is educated on such.
