Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Pay: $40,000 per year
- Commission: Earn 3%–20% of premium (Typical annual earnings: $60,000+; top performers earn more)
- Licensing Cost Reimbursement: We’ll cover the cost of your 215 and 220 license if you stay with us for one year

Requirements:
- Ability to obtain a 215 (Life & Health) and 220 (General Lines) insurance license by May 1st
- No prior experience needed—we’ll train you!

Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through personalized interactions
- Educate customers on insurance options using a needs-based review process
- Follow up with clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and policy needs
- Work closely with the agent to identify and support local community events
