Lot Technician
Accepting Applications -
Inspect, clean, and maintain vehicles on the lot to ensure they are presented in excellent condition.

Perform basic maintenance tasks, such as checking fluid levels, tire pressure, and battery status.

Assist in the preparation of units for delivery to customers, ensuring all necessary paperwork and inspections are completed.

Move units as needed to optimize showroom and lot organization.

Collaborate with sales and service teams to ensure timely communication regarding inventory and maintenance needs.

Monitor the lot for any safety hazards and report issues to management.

Help with inventory management, including tracking incoming and outgoing units.

Assist in setting up displays and promotional events to showcase our powersports offerings.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Passion for the powersports industry and a basic understanding of motorcycle/powersports mechanics preferred.

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; motorcycle endorsement is a plus.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Finance Manager
Accepting Applications -
Work with customers to secure financing through a variety of lenders and financial institutions.

Present and sell finance and insurance (F&I) products such as extended warranties, maintenance packages, GAP insurance, and theft protection.

Accurately prepare and review all necessary documents for loan agreements and DMV paperwork.

Build and maintain strong relationships with banks, credit unions, and third-party lenders.

Ensure all deals comply with local, state, and federal laws as well as dealership policies.

Maintain knowledge of lender guidelines, interest rates, and financing options specific to powersports purchases.

Train and support the sales team to ensure they understand finance processes and product offerings.

Monitor F&I metrics and generate reports for upper management.

Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and address any issues.

Protect the dealership by ensuring all deals are processed cleanly, securely, and efficiently.

Proven experience in a finance or F&I role at a dealership (automotive or powersports preferred).

Strong understanding of financing, insurance products, and DMV procedures.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.

Ability to manage multiple deals in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations (e.g., Truth in Lending, Privacy Acts, etc.).

Proficiency with dealership management systems (DMS) and F&I software.
-
3+ years in a similar finance manager role.

Experience in the powersports industry (motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, watercraft).
-
Familiarity with titles and registration for powersports vehicles.

Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus.
