Requirements

• Regulate temperatures for ovens, broilers, grills, and roasters to ensure food safety.
• Season and cook food according to recipes and personal judgment to maintain high quality.
• Turn or stir foods to ensure even cooking and optimal flavor.
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest feedback.
• Collaborate effectively with front-of-house (FOH) staff to ensure smooth service.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a restaurant cook, particularly in breakfast preparation, is preferred.
• ServeSafe or Food Handler’s certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to lift 30+ lbs.
• Capability to work standing for 8+ hours.
