Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Inside Project Coordinator to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless project execution, from initial client consultation to final installation. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage project timelines, ensuring timely delivery of products and services.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing updates throughout the project lifecycle.

• Collaborate with sales, technical, and installation teams to align project objectives and resources.

• Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, schedules, and client communications.

• Assist in inventory management, ensuring necessary materials are available for upcoming projects.

• Facilitate internal meetings to review project progress and address any potential issues.

• Implement and uphold company standards and procedures to ensure quality and consistency.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.

• 2 years of experience in project coordination, customer service, or a related field preferred.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
