At Dog Days Bar & Grill, the energy never stops—live music, two swim-up pools, boat-up access, and one of the Lake’s best menus since 1993. Behind every great bartender is a reliable Barback, and we’re looking for hardworking, team-oriented people to keep our bars running smoothly during the busiest lake days of the season.

What You’ll Do

• Stock, restock, and organize beer, liquor, mixers, and bar supplies throughout the shift

• Keep ice bins full and clean to ensure bartenders can work quickly

• Clear and clean glassware, barware, and bus tubs

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe bar area

• Assist bartenders during peak hours with whatever’s needed to keep service flowing

• Jump in with general back-of-house or FOH support when necessary

What We’re Looking For

• Previous barback or restaurant support experience preferred, but not required—we’ll train the right person

• Strong work ethic, speed, and attention to detail

• Team player who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

• Ability to lift and carry heavy items (kegs, cases, ice, etc.)

• Flexible availability—including nights, weekends, and busy summer holidays
