Dog Days Bar & Grill has been the go-to lakefront hangout since 1993—where live music, two swim-up pools, and boat-up access meet fresh seafood, gourmet burgers, and cocktails that keep the party going. We’re looking for energetic, personable Bartenders to join our team and help create unforgettable lakeside experiences for our guests.

What You’ll Do

• Craft, pour, and serve drinks (beer, cocktails, frozen favorites, and more) with speed and accuracy

• Provide friendly, upbeat service that keeps guests coming back—whether they’re lakeside locals or visitors by boat

• Manage bar setup, restocking, and closing duties to keep service smooth

• Handle payments quickly and accurately

• Keep the bar area clean, organized, and stocked throughout the shift

• Work with servers and barbacks to deliver a seamless guest experience

What We’re Looking For

• Previous bartending experience in a high-volume, fast-paced bar/restaurant strongly preferred

• Strong knowledge of beer, wine, cocktails, and POS systems

• Outgoing personality with excellent communication skills—you’re the life of the bar!

• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure during peak summer rushes

• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays (lake season is busy!)
