We’re looking for dependable Dishwashers to join our back-of-house team and keep the good times (and clean plates) rolling.

     

    What You’ll Do

    • Wash, sanitize, and organize all dishes, utensils, and cookware

    • Keep dish and prep areas clean, stocked, and running smoothly

    • Assist with trash removal and general kitchen cleaning throughout your shift

    • Support kitchen staff by restocking stations with clean wares as needed

    • Follow all food safety and sanitation standards to maintain a safe work environment

    • Jump in with other back-of-house tasks as needed—teamwork makes the shift fly by

    We’re looking for a professional, alert, and confident individual to join our team as a Security/Bouncer. You’ll play a key role in maintaining a safe, respectful, and enjoyable environment for our guests and staff.

     

    Position Overview:

    As a Security/Bouncer, you’ll be responsible for monitoring guest behavior, enforcing venue policies, and ensuring a secure and positive experience for everyone. Whether it’s checking IDs, handling crowd control, or de-escalating situations, your presence helps keep the night running smoothly.

     

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Greet guests and verify age with proper identification

    • Monitor entrances, exits, and the overall security of the venue

    • Enforce venue rules and policies in a professional, respectful manner

    • De-escalate conflicts or disturbances and remove guests when necessary

    • Maintain crowd control and support line management

    • Assist in emergency situations or coordinate with law enforcement if needed

    • Perform routine checks of restrooms, patios, and other public areas

    • Communicate clearly with staff and management throughout the shift

     

    What We’re Looking For:

    • Previous security, bouncer, or crowd management experience preferred

    • Strong interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills

    • Ability to stay calm, confident, and professional under pressure

    • Physically capable of standing for long periods and handling high-energy situations

    • Familiarity with local laws and regulations regarding alcohol service and guest conduct

    • Security certification (if required by local/state laws) is a plus

    • Must be at least 21 years of age (or as required by law)

Guests arrive by boat or car, seeking flavorful dishes, stunning views, and fast-paced summer fun  .

     

    What You’ll Do

    • Cook from our diverse menu of seafood, gourmet burgers, tacos, and more—think shrimp, crab, fish, signature steaks, and house-made favorites 

    • Keep your station clean, organized, and fully stocked throughout service

    • Prep ingredients and assist with general cooking tasks as needed

    • Work with a sense of urgency and consistency in high-volume, waterfront service

    • Adhere strictly to food safety and sanitation standards, ensuring quality with every shift

     

    What We’re Looking For

    • Experience as a Line Cook or similar role in a fast-paced, casual dining or waterfront restaurant is preferred

    • Strong ability to multitask and maintain organization during busy service periods

    • Attention to detail, consistency in execution, and a commitment to freshness and quality

    • Team-oriented, communicative, and ready to dive in during high-volume shifts—especially during live music and event nights
