Position Overview

As a Server / Food Runner at Cuatro Tacos, you’ll be the welcoming face of our restaurant and an essential part of delivering an outstanding dining experience. You’ll take accurate orders, support smooth food delivery from the kitchen, and help ensure guests enjoy every bite of our authentic Mexican menu.

What You’ll Do

• Greet guests warmly and take food and beverage orders accurately

• Provide menu recommendations, share knowledge about tacos, birria, quesadillas, and house-made salsas

• Deliver food and drinks promptly, coordinating with both kitchen and bar teams

• Support food running duties, including delivering dishes and handling requests efficiently

• Maintain a clean and organized section during service

• Process guest transactions and handle payments professionally

• Check on guest satisfaction throughout their meal and respond accordingly

What We’re Looking For

• Previous serving or food runner experience preferred but not required

• Friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for excellent guest service

• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced taqueria environment

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Reliable and dependable with a positive attitude
