Position Overview:

As a To-Go Assistant, you’ll be the key link between our kitchen and takeout guests. You’ll ensure orders are packed correctly, delivered promptly, and handled with care—from the moment they’re placed to the moment they’re picked up.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist guests picking up takeout orders

• Accurately package and check orders for quality, completeness, and presentation

• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation of to-go items

• Manage to-go order flow via phone, online, and delivery platforms

• Handle payments and process transactions efficiently

• Maintain a clean, organized to-go area and stock necessary supplies

• Communicate clearly with guests, drivers, and team members to ensure smooth service

What We’re Looking For:

• Friendly and professional attitude with strong communication skills

• Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure

• Attention to detail to ensure order accuracy and presentation

• Experience in customer service, food service, or a fast-paced restaurant setting preferred
