Key Responsibilities

• Guest Service
  • Engage with guests to provide friendly, attentive service
  • Take accurate food and drink orders, ensuring special requests are met
  • Deliver food and beverages promptly to guests
• Restaurant Operations
  • Open and close the restaurant following established procedures
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables and dining areas
  • Assist with general upkeep and maintenance of the restaurant
  • Process payments and close guest checks accurately

Requirements

• Previous experience as a restaurant server or in a customer service role preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Attention to detail and a commitment to excellent guest service
• Must be able to work part-time hours as scheduled, including evenings and weekends

Schedule
Part-time position with flexible scheduling. Must be available for evening and weekend shifts as required.

Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, punctual, and hard-working.

Responsibilites include:

• Set up workstations
• Cook dishes to business standards
• Follow health and safety guidelines
• Prepare ingredients for use during shift
• Food preparation and assistance to Chef
• Responsibility for maintenance and food safety of assigned station.

Qualifications:

• Proven working experience as a cook
• Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to listen and communicate effectively

General responsibilities inlclude:

• General bar preparation and maintenance.
• Preparing and setting up proper garnish
• Preparing ingredients for batched cocktails
• Perform bar/restaurant opening and closing duties
• Know/learn the bar's menu, including seasonal craft cocktail menu, and special offerings.
• Engage customers, make recommendations, and create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Creativity in crafting new and innovative cocktails.
• Willingness to contribute to the development of new drink recipes and seasonal offerings.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a bartender, preferably with a focus on craft cocktails.
• Strong knowledge of various alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, especially classic cocktails and including craft spirits and local ingredients.
• Proficient in cocktail preparation, mixology, and presentation
• Exceptional customer service skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
• Strong communication skills to interact with patrons and team members.
• Ability to handle multiple orders and prioritize tasks in a high-paced environment.
• Well-organized and capable of maintaining a clean and tidy bar area.
