- Preparing and setting up proper garnish
- Preparing ingredients for batched cocktails
- Perform bar/restaurant opening and closing duties
- Know/learn the bar's menu, including seasonal craft cocktail menu, and special offerings.
- Engage customers, make recommendations, and create a welcoming atmosphere.
- Creativity in crafting new and innovative cocktails.
- Willingness to contribute to the development of new drink recipes and seasonal offerings.
- Proven experience as a bartender, preferably with a focus on craft cocktails.
- Strong knowledge of various alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, especially classic cocktails and including craft spirits and local ingredients.
- Proficient in cocktail preparation, mixology, and presentation
- Exceptional customer service skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Strong communication skills to interact with patrons and team members.
- Ability to handle multiple orders and prioritize tasks in a high-paced environment.
- Well-organized and capable of maintaining a clean and tidy bar area.
