Key Responsibilities

• Bar Operations: Keep the bar stocked by refilling liquor, beer, ice, and mixers to ensure bartenders never run dry.
• Cleanliness Standards: Maintain a clean and organized bar by wiping down surfaces, removing empty glasses, and ensuring everything is spotless.
• Support for Bartenders: Anticipate bartender needs, run for supplies, and assist in serving drinks efficiently.
• Preparation Duties: Restock and prep by cutting garnishes, refilling napkins and straws, and ensuring every detail is covered.
• Fast-Paced Environment: Move quickly and stay sharp as you navigate the busy bar scene, keeping everything running smoothly.

Requirements

• Strong work ethic and a can-do attitude.
• Ability to hustle and remain on your feet in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Attention to detail, as a well-stocked bar makes all the difference.
• Previous barback or restaurant experience is a plus, but we will train the right person!
