Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Guest Service: Provide excellent customer service through friendly interactions and prompt food and drink service.
• Order Management: Take and accurately process customer orders using our restaurant POS system.
• Role Rotation: Rotate responsibilities as a host or food runner as needed to support team efficiency.
• Restaurant Operations: Participate in opening and closing duties, ensuring the restaurant is ready for service and well-maintained.
• Menu Knowledge: Maintain comprehensive knowledge of menu items to assist guests with their selections.
• Table Maintenance: Ensure cleanliness and organization of tables and dining areas throughout service.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a restaurant server role preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage with guests.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a high-volume environment.
• Familiarity with restaurant POS systems is a plus.

General responsibilities include:

• Manager on duty when FOH Manager is not present.
• Oversees general operations of FOH staff  responsibilities.
• Handles daily finances and server reports.
• Customer interactions
• Mixing and pouring drinks
• General bar preparation and maintenance.
• Taking orders and closing checks
• Food and drink service
• General table and restaurant maintenance
• Restaurant opening and closing duties
