We’re looking for a dedicated General Manager to lead our team and continue building Clubhouse as the premier sports bar and restaurant in the area.

What You’ll Do

As General Manager, you’ll oversee daily operations and drive the success of both the front and back of house. Responsibilities include:

• Leading, training, and developing FOH and BOH staff to deliver excellent service

• Managing labor, food, and beverage costs to achieve financial goals

• Overseeing scheduling, inventory, and vendor relationships

• Ensuring menu consistency, quality, and presentation standards are upheld

• Handling guest concerns with professionalism and a solutions-first approach

• Driving local marketing initiatives, promotions, and community engagement

• Maintaining a safe, clean, and compliant restaurant environment

• Creating a positive team culture focused on hospitality and accountability

Who You Are

• 3+ years of restaurant management experience (sports bar or high-volume dining preferred)

• Strong leadership and communication skills with proven team-building success

• Highly organized with strong financial and operational management skills

• Passionate about hospitality, guest experience, and creating a fun, lively atmosphere

• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, event-driven environment (especially during big games and weekends)

• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
