C.J. Muggs has full and part time line cook positions available at our Clayton location for days, nights & weekends. 
Line Cook Position - Night shift always starts at 4:00 PM and ends between 8:00 PM - 11:00 PM (varies depending on night of the week).

Closing Line Cook Position - Our kitchen is open until midnight (11:00 PM on Sunday). A closing shift always starts at 4:00 PM and ends around 12:30 AM.

Applicant should be able to grill steaks and burgers to proper temperature as well as fresh fish and chops. Must keep an organized station and work very clean. Must be able handle a stressful rush, communicating with other stations to get food out in a timely and efficient manner. Typical day includes prepping, stocking, cleaning, service rush, re-stocking and preparing your station for the PM crew. 

Hepatitis A Vaccination required.
